These are what the Czech stop kolaches used to taste like. I stopped going to West because they got way too dry and mass produced. The Kolache Shoppe kolaches are soft and so good. Tastes like our family recipe. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this shop on door dash! The king cake kolache may be the best pasty I’ve ever had.

This is the BEST Kolache store!! If you haven’t tried the Kolache Shoppe in Celina yet, you’re totally missing out! It is by far my favorite kolache store!! Everything is fresh baked and you can taste the difference. I needed a catering order and I realized I was inside the requested 24 hour window so I put in a request on their website not even thinking they would respond. However, I got an email from Courtney that evening saying that it would be ready the next morning. I went in about 15 mins early and it was bagged up and ready to go!! Go and give them a try - you won’t be disappointed!

First time trying them today & wow!! My Hubby stopped by here & picked up 3 surprise bags (using the too good to go app) and we were very surprised. Everything was absolutely yummy, fresh, and very well made. It was nostalgic of a quaint little shop I grew up with in my tiny town. Brought back memories of when I was a little girl. Very authentic Kolaches!!
